My Mum is who I credit for recommending I get involved with Monadelphous when I was fresh out of high school. It's now one and a half years on, and I feel like part of the furniture...it just feels right!
I was lucky enough to be asked to join our maintenance division’s Personnel Logistics Group, which is where I began to learn about the world of training and our offshore Oil and Gas team. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to move into our Payroll team, and am currently learning all about on-boarding. Its fast-paced and exciting, that’s for sure.
To support my growth, I’ve recently completed my Certificate III and Certificate IV in Business Administration, both in less than a year, with full support from Monadelphous.
I’m super lucky to have found an employer who has empowered me to reach my goals, as well as one that has helped me grow and overcome any challenges along the way. This place is truly like my second family, with a powerful and positive culture that genuinely makes me happy to come to work every day.
This is going to sound corny, but I’m so happy to have had the opportunity to make one of the strongest women I know (my Mum) proud. She is my inspiration, and continues to be the reason I want to work hard and be the best person I can be.
