Step 1 - Prepare

- Prepare your qualifications, tickets and accurate timelines for each position
- Be clear on the types of roles you’d like to apply for, we do provide training and upskilling for some roles
Step 2 – Apply
- Apply via our Jobs site
- If successful, one of our experienced recruiters will call you to chat through the role details and see if you’re a fit for the role on offer
- If you are suitable for the role, a recruiter will invite you to an in-person or video interview to discuss your experience in more detail

Step 3 – Receive an Offer
- Fill out the required documents. examples

- Site inductions

Essential Documents (Trades)
- An up-to-date resume - We will interview every candidate coming onboard as a direct hire and we require an up-to-date resume to gather all required work history to validate your
- Australian working rights – This can be either a passport OR birth certificate Any candidates on visas will need to be
- A current driver's licence – We request a copy of a valid driver’s licence, front and back
- Confined space and working at heights – This is a requirement for all trade employees and must be within two years validity.
- Basic fire – Must be within two years validity for Personal Emergency Preparedness and four years Coastal West Pilbara.
- Gas testing atmosphere – Only required for BHP with two years validity.
- White card – Required by all trades employees.
- Australian recognised trade certificate – We cannot accept anyone with a Trade Certificate obtained internationally.
- References - We require two recent references for all employees.
