Paige began her career at Monadelphous in 2012 in recruitment, took a brief hiatus, and returned in early 2014 as an Administration Assistant for Mining & Minerals West. Over the past decade, her roles have evolved to project administrator, site administrator, personal assistant, business analyst and she’s now a team leader.
Paige enjoys working with the great people across various teams, values the diversity of tasks in her role and finds satisfaction in supporting on-site teams. Paige also mentions that getting improvement ideas implemented and real change made, is rewarding and totally possible.
She advises newcomers to learn from more experienced colleagues, stay open to opportunities and voice your ideas confidently, as they may lead to significant change.
