Technical Services Manager Heavy Lift

Dave

“Make the most of the continuous opportunities for growth and development.”

In 2013, Dave made a life change and moved from Scotland to Australia, driven by his early passion for engineering developed on his family farm. His father had put him in charge at an early age fixing things, sparking his interest in engineering.

Starting as a Heavy Lift Engineer on the Wheatstone Project, Dave's career with Monadelphous has been full of diverse roles and growth opportunities. Now a Technical Services Manager, he oversees the engineering team and Alevro operational projects. Reflecting on his journey, Dave values the development and diversification within the Heavy Lift Business, and really values being able to contribute to business growth.

Dave's career evolution from project roles to project management includes navigating the challenges of the FMG Crane Services contract, which shaped his professional development. Passionate about his field, Dave enjoys the continuous opportunities for growth and development in a variety of technical and operational roles, embodying a journey of ongoing self-discovery and improvement.
