Back in August 2021 we proudly launched our Indigenous Pathways Program, a partnership between Monadelphous and our long-term customer Rio Tinto. Since then, we have been working hard with Rio to create opportunities and career pathways for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people across Western Australia.

Aligned to key commitments in our Stretch Reconciliation Action Plan, the Program focuses on creating long-term employment opportunities by offering upskilling and development opportunities across a range of traineeships, apprenticeships and tertiary studies.

To showcase the success of our Program and encourage new participants to apply, we’ve developed a video that talks about what’s on offer and how it has helped our Indigenous team members make the most of opportunities in our industry.
