Indigenous Pathways Program

The Indigenous Pathways Program is a partnership between Monadelphous and Rio Tinto to support Western Australian Indigenous people into long term, sustainable employment.

The purpose of the Program is to identify, attract, employ, train and support selected First Nations candidates into traineeships, apprenticeships and tertiary study, aiming to increase the amount of skilled and qualified Indigenous people in the workforce in Western Australia.

A dedicated team of mentors and supports selected participants on pathways that will lead to meaningful, sustainable employment.
