Recognition of Current Competencies

The Development Centre recognises that workers have often received prior learning in a competency, and offers an assessment only process to renew the certificate in around four hours.

If you work in one of these industries, don’t have the time to re-sit the full course and are eligible to attend, you can undertake the assessment with us. To be eligible to attend, you  must hold the current competency from the same training package, still possess the
knowledge, and be able to perform the tasks from the original training.
