Who are we looking for?

Applying for the Monadelphous Graduate Program tells us your mindset is all about ‘Giving it a Go’ and that you have the desire to make the most of all experiences and relationships. Those traits are what will set you up to succeed in your career at Monos!

For our 2022 intake, we’re searching for graduates with degrees in:

 

  • Engineering - Mechanical, Civil & Structural, Mechatronic, Chemical, Electrical and Electrical & Instrumentation 
  • Construction Management
  • Health, Safety & Environment

We understand that this is the start of your professional journey; that you’re yet to fully explore different paths. The Program is designed to help you explore those options with a Mentor by your side. On top of adding real work experience to the knowledge you obtained at university, the Monadelphous Graduate Program also includes a variety of practical placements, networking and professional development events.

We all benefit from working with talented people from varied backgrounds. Monadelphous actively fosters diversity in our workplace and hiring practices.

There are a few key dates to keep in mind if you want to be part of our Graduate Program. The application process will begin with an online application in March, from which successful applicants will proceed to video interviews.

Real learning and professional membership

The Monadelphous Graduate Passport is designed to help you navigate your 2-year program. You will be offered plenty of internal & external training opportunities to ensure you have sufficient theoretical and practical knowledge across the core competencies. 

We encourage professional and personal development and all graduates are entitled to a professional membership of their choice e.g. Engineers Australia.
